Description:
Tricks a scarf on opponent and sets a rocks. U-Turns out away then comes in later to anger the opponent. Mainly just a Trick/Hax Machine.

Ability: Intimidate
Ev's: 252 Atk 252 Speed
Moves:
- Thunder Fang
- Flamethrower
- Outrage
- Earthquake

Description:
A good revenge killer, can also crush an unexpecting team. Ussually comes out on things like Scizor, +1 Gyarados, Choice Band Weaviles locked into BB, Etc...


Blissey@ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Natrual Cure
Ev's: 252 HP 252 Def 6 Sp. Def
Moves:
- Softboiled
- Counter
- Substitute
- Aromatherapy

Description:
Comes in sets up Sub on the likes of Alak, Gengar, Pory-Z than Counters back the Physical hit from the CB Scizor there going to try and beat me with.

Uh, I think you mean Jolly nature on your Jirachi.

And 252 HP EVs are kind of overkill.
What about 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spd?

With a Jolly nature, Jirachi can only reach a max of 299 attack, so why not maximize it so you can do a lot of damage?

LOL I thought I was the only one who used a ScarfMence.
Anyways, Thunder Fang is sort of weird on this set...are you that desperate to KO Starmie?

It's kind of a mix between MixMence and ScarfMence

With SR in effect, you have a guaranteed KO on Starmie.
IMO, Fire Blast > Flamethrower because of the power difference, and the accuracy isn't that bad anyways (equal to that of Heracross's Megahorn).

Substitute on Blissey is well, bizarre. Although Counter-Bliss is designed to deal with physical threats, it can't take Fighting-type moves that well, especially STABed ones. That's what you have PHYSICAL WALLS for. Please use Seismic Toss or something. If you're that afraid of Scizor, why don't you just run Flamethrower to nail it on the switch-in?

Gengar looks standard.

And your SD Scizor is, well weird. Only CB variants should be trying to maximize HP. Why don't you just use the common 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spd spread?

I thought you already had Jirachi setting up Rocks???
Replace SR on Swampert for Avalanche please. It kills Dragons, badly.

I think the idea with bliss is to counter from behind a sub and with max hp, and the double damadge from counter, this will take out scizors etc. But I do agree that siesmic toss is needed, posibly over aromatheropy, you have nothing to hit special attackers, and once they see the whole set, you become special attack weak, and is aromatheropy needed, blissey can take status and heal with natural cure, you onyl have swampert who fears toxic, but is imune to t-wave, Jirachi is imune to toxic and gengar and blissey can take a burn. So aromatheropy isn't needed that much.

Jolly jirachi with the ev's frozen virus suggested, you just have like minmal attack possible lol, though I know a jolly jirachi is hard to find and max speed isn't needed, but max attack is pretty useful.

scarf jirachi, scarf mence, scizor and gengar, no one is going to outspeed your team lol

I rate it an 8, I don't think you put the exact right moves in my opinion but if its worked for you then that's great. =D

One problem I notice is that this team requires no Items Clause, which is in play often enough.

Also with such a common lead, everyone will expect that set, and will probably switch to something which can use Choice Scarf

On your Scizor, why throw so much Hp onto the Life Orb Scizor? Seems like a magnificent waste to me. I'd suggest you go with the 32 Hp / 252 Attack / Remaining speed spread.
