Seeking Rash Heatran

Hello I am seeking a Rash Heatran with "Superior or outstanding IV's" according to the man in the tower in plat. Or they have to be mostly above 25. I would prefer for the pokemon to be under lvl 100 so i can redo its current EV's. If not then the EV's have to be spread as follows. 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Speed.

I have other pokemon that i have IV breed and already EV'd up for trade.

Jolteon - timid ---Wish--HP:Grass
Kingdra- Adamant---
Scizor---Adamant---Tech.
Metagross--Adamant--
Ninjask----Baton passes smogon Build

Those are the best ones i have so far for IV breeding.

I also have some pokemon of interest.

Shiney Celebi
Bold Celebi
Shiney Hitmonlee
Shiney Machamp
Shiney Ponyta
Shiney Gengar
Shiney Golbat


And i have a slew of pokemon that are lvl 100 that have been Ev'd but there IV's are not that great.
