Hello everyone. I'm known as KirinBlaze. While I am much more involved with the Super Smash Bros. Brawl community, and more known for being so. I did play competitive Pokemon for about a year, picking it up with the release of D/P and letting it fall to the wayside as Brawl was released in March 2008. Despite this I have never lost my love of the game and the competitive scene. I've recently started to get back into Pokemon with playing Platinum competitively. I've lost a lot of my prior battle skill since D/P and have been working to regain it as well as my knowledge of the new, somewhat bland, meta game Platinum has brought us.

I look forward to becoming a part of the forums and perhaps getting good at this game once again. xD For now I ask that you don't expect too much of me if we battle, I'm running a very common Platinum OU Team in order to get myself back into the swing of things before I get myself into more complicated and thought required meta games such as UU.

Ohai. Welcome to Shaywin.

The Meta-Game has changed a hell of a lot in the year and Standard OU is so predictable... You can find battles in the Chat or you could enter a tournament.

Anyway hope you have fun here.

Yeah. OU is pretty lame. xD But I need somewhere easy to start to get myself back on my feet. That and Infernape is in OU. <3

It is your best bet to get back on your feet yeah.
Infernape is cool.
I only like OU 'cause of Celebi and Rotom-C (Lawnmower)
UU/NU are much better than OU atlest they're less predictable.

I'm actually pretty fond of the OU Pokemon, i don't know why. xD
The team I'm running at the moment is so LOL. My friend and I just got on AIM and were like "How gay of a team can we make?" and we came out with one. xD Thought like all teams, it does have it's drawbacks.
