We do have Reputation points but I guess they're not really the same as Karma.
Thing is we can't just be a clone of FC really.

Plus in order for that I believe we need a certain format and FC has one of those formats in which you can give rep, unless this site has that option they would have to restart from scratch and lord(or what ever fictitious character you believe in) knows we don't want that.
