Similiar to mix Salamence, mix Flygon has a pretty decent move pool. Although Mix flygon base attk and spa are lower than Salamence, it has its benefits such as not taking alot of damage from Stealth Rocks, not being effected by T wave, and having stab earthquake. Since Flygon is normally a physical sweeper, physical tanks such as Zapdos, Gliscor, and Swampert are in for a big suprise when draco meteor takes a huge chunk out of there hp (With rash nature Draco meteor OHKO Zapdos and Gliscor with Stealth rock damage). Earthquake is the obvious other move choice as once Draco Meteor lowers your spa you'll have to either switch out or use physical attacks if u want some damage in. Fire Blast is for Skarmory, Scizor, Forretress, and Celebi which easily 2hko's 252 hp, 0 spd Celebi. The last slot has a few choices, Stone Edge hits both Gyarados and Salamence for some decent damage, Outrage is useful because it is your only option against KOing Latias but has a deadly side effect, while U turn lets you get a free hit and switch to a appropiate counter.
Other Options: Thunder Punch is great for Gyarados, but the chances of Koing bulky Gyarados after Stealth Rocks is real slim unless you invest in more attack evs. Fire Punch is great in replacement of fire blast is you are worried about the -2 spa drop, although fire blast it highly recommended for celebi, and Skarmory who won't take much damage from fire punch.
