Comments: I Like the looks of this lead and I want to try it out. When faster leads like Azelf or Aerodactyl Taunt me I can go for the Hydro Pump. Then Aqua Jet can finish them off. Stealth Rock is there incase I know I can get it up and Grass Knot is good for Swampert which I could have oh so many problems with.

Comments: A little off the beaten track here a Charge Beam Duck. While retaining some Bulk it can fire off Charge Beams Boosting SpAtk 63% of the time (Factoring in Accuracy) Ice Beam gives BoltBeam coverage and Tri Attack is a nice STAB Move. Recover when I feel I'm too low on HP

Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 HP/6 Atk/252 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)

Comments: I love this Gliscor it has helped me out so much in the past. I may be over-doing it a little with the Defence EVs but I can almost guarantee survival of a +4 Scizors Bullet Punch. EQ Is good STAB and Ice Fang is very useful for Dragons (Namely Latias) that want to switch in on an EQ. Roost Heals obviously and with the extra Bulk it keeps it alive well. U-Turn to get the hell out if I need to.

Comments: Something different. A Double Status Rotom-C. I went SpDefensive because of Porygon2 and Gliscor. WoW cripples Physical Sweepers so I can take hits from both sides. Discharge and Shadow Ball are nice STAB Moves and Leaf Storm is there for the problem of Swampert and can also hit other things well. Overheat is a possible replacement but I dont think I have a Scizor problem.

Comments: I like this Stamie it's really useful as a lot expect Scarf or LO. It's pretty handy being bulky as it's never KO'd easily and has 352 Speed. Surf does a good 1/3 to a Specially Bulky T-Tar even with no SpAtk EVs. T-Bolt is handy for that Gyarados that couldn't quite KO as planned. Rapid Spin is good as it does an amazing 1 HP damage to most Pokémon. Recover heals obviously and it's useful especially with the speed.
