um are the tiers made on ability, or usage. Because dugtrio is actually under used by people, and not many people use him, however he is very good, i would put him in BL tbh, becuase he needs an evolution like magnezone, to give him a bit more attack and a bit more hp to make him as good as other OU's.

Breloom is anoying and cheep in my opinion, and i would like to see him banned from standard play, with his abilty, the move spore and resonable speed, he like garchomp is very difficult to counter and you normally always have to loose a pokemon to sleep first, making one of your pokes useless for a while, before he can be taken out, assuming he doesn't switch.

Rotom, is not very good, not enoguh speed or special attack and is outclassed by the rotom forms, making him kinda useless in the OU metagame, so i would suggest putting him in UU. Ludicolo could go in bordeline at least, i see him as OU with amazing special defence leech seed, rain dish and the move protect added to leftovers, he can recover half his health in one turn just by protecting, and he recieves it while he is attacking aswell.

snorlax is a solid OU in my opinion, with good special defence, and the move curse with monterous hp, he is definately good enough for OU, and is not too good, as blisssey is an even beter special wall.

Biberal is a solid NU is my opinion, he has a limited movepool and only has the surprise factor of not being as useless as people make him out.

shaymin could be OU with seed flare's 40% sp.def drop and rest+natural cure, she isn't bad.

Hmm =/ I highly disagree on the Breloom factor because you can easily counter it with a FAST sweeper suck as an Azelf, Infernape, Alakazam etc etc...

Snorlax is right too because of its lack of speed - this means you can pwn it with an Infernape with idk...close combat or something, even maybe a flare blitz...

BibArel is Limbo at a point, because of the variety of attacks it can learn that people do not know it can learn, such as the wonderful ability of being able to learn Thunderbolt, Superpower and o/c Aqua tail.

As for Ludicolo, i do not know much about them except that a nice dose of Gunk Shot from Toxicroak can bring it down to crying

Rotom I do not see much, though it is a good Substitute ~ Sucker Puncher (opponent is trying to get rid of the sub; therefor you can always strike first with a fairly powerful attack. Shadow Ball is a nice advantage too. ALSO, I, myself have a Sp.Defensive Rotom; this is possible --- look at it's pokedex on Serebii or something.

Hmm =/ I only really posted this because I like foruming (like my new word?) and I highly disagreed on the breloom and snorlax...

I think that Claydol should be in the BL.
It has massive defences, can set entry hazards and can explode.
Can also be used as a CM Sweeper. It's a pretty good Pokémon.
