The In-Game Trades in Soul Silver from the gym Leaders are really well... kind of lame.
1. The Pokemon you get from the trades are all nicknamed really dumb names
2. They are dumb Pokemon
3. They're all pretty low level
and thats why i really dislike the in-game trades!

The traded pokemon's level matches the level of the pokemon you trade with them. But besides that, yeah.
