| The only reason it is in this game is because of the ??? type move curse and the egg pokemon that is ??? type need to have a plate so that the game doesn't glitch. There is no place you can find it in game. It is an unused item in the memory. How do I know this? I am a glitch king. JK. I just know about about the game because I studied it.
